Architecture made to be lived in.
Berardi–Grasso Arquitectura was founded in 1985 by architect María Fernanda Grasso in Quilmes, south of Buenos Aires. The studio designs and builds single-family residences of 3,000 to 16,000 sq ft in gated communities, in both classical and contemporary languages, and develops its own multi-family buildings.
We do not impose a style. We listen to the client and turn what they imagine into a precise, buildable project. Over four decades that has meant French and Tuscan houses with slate mansards and stone details as often as contemporary homes of clean volumes and large openings.
For projects outside Argentina we work with the local architect of record, who adapts the project to local codes and seals the drawings. We deliver concept design and design development in imperial or metric units, PDF and DWG, and remain available for design questions through construction. Buenos Aires is one hour ahead of Miami; we work in English and Spanish.
